Do you offer a free trial?

Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

The price listed on our website is what you'll be charged every month.

For the "Grow Your Sales" Package, we'll define a Google Ads budget with you. That budget will run directly through your Google Ads account and will be charged directly from Google Ads to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your next subscription renewal at any time by visiting your Account and looking for the Subscriptions button. This can be done at any time before your next billing cycle. 

Upon cancellation 'after the cooling-off period', your access to your Rose+Thorn Services will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.

Which social media platforms do you support?

We specialize in driving results on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google, and we're actively exploring opportunities to expand our platform reach in the near future.

What type of content do you create?

Our packages include essential content creation: blog posts, social media static posts or stories. Enhance your reach with video content, available as an add-on to our 'Spread the Word' Package.

Do you provide regular reports?

Yes, absolutely. Each month, we'll schedule a virtual consultation to delve into your campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.

Detailed reports will be readily accessible in your Account page, allowing for convenient download or printing.

How do I access my account?

To access your Rose & Thorn Marketing account, follow one of these simple steps:

  1. Locate the Account Icon: Look for the person-shaped icon in the top right corner of our website (it's the second icon from the right). Click on it and you'll be taken to a log-in page.
  2. Choose "Your Account": At the bottom of the menu, you'll find the "Your Account" link. Click on it to be taken to the log-in page.

You'll then be directed to your account dashboard.

What kind of support do you offer?

We're available by phone, email, or chat Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Click the 'Chat with us' icon on the bottom left of our website to connect with us or email us through our contact page.

What is your refund policy?

All fees for Rose+Thorn Marketing services are non-refundable, 'except as provided in the following cooling-off period'. This is because our team begins setup and resource allocation immediately upon purchase. 

For new subscriptions only, you may cancel your subscription for a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase. To be eligible for a 'cooling-off period refund', you must notify us in writing via email at info@roseandthornmarketing.com within the specified timeframe. After the cooling-off period, all fees are non-refundable.
